Considering the move of the administration of Yar’ adua on the strategic platform of operation - the Seven Point Agenda, it is very avid in tandem via the various objectives of different ministries, agencies and departments of government to work in consonance with the realisation of the set goals. Road accident is becoming the most deadly ailment in our national life. Air-craft could claim hundred of lives within few seconds but it is rare. Malaria and HIV/AIDS are though the global leading diseases; yet, their combined record of death is not as alarming as that of road accidents as it gives neither warning signals nor symptom to alert on the next victims, which could be ordinary passenger, passerby or the driver/rider.

I possess an above average knowledge of psychology and have been fascinated with what is termed the Nigerian Psychology, that psychology has many branches, from the ethnic, to the religious, from the political to the apolitical, it has different shades, but of all the phases of it all, one that never ceases to amaze me is the psychology of the poor in Nigeria. We just watch and expect miracles, forgetting that such does not happen out of the ordinary
Global economy is becoming a global village with digital-communication-highways, with efficient accessable gridlock interconnectedness for those who can afford it. From all indications, one could say that the Nigerian Stock Market has entered into a declining mode. In the past few weeks, the markets experienced a turnover of 3.94 billion shares valued at about 55.25 billion naira, and during the previous week, the market activity was valued at 4.52 billion shares worth about 69.72 Billion naira. These statistics tends to support declining markets, but this in itself does not spell doom for the overall market.
Welfare package for the privileged Nigerians is a callous policy of some Federal establishments. This has been in practice for years. Possibly designed and developed by the Military administrations. Millions of Nigerians are suffering in abject poverty. Millions are without adequate health care. Millions cannot afford three square meals in a day. Thousands cannot send their children to school. Unemployment is very high. Power supply is repulsive.
    BY WAY OF SUMMARY
